Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposits

Members can deposit funds into their account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, the withdrawal process may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• A withdrawal request can be cancelled before verification is complete.

Transaction Currency

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

Wagering Conditions

A 10x wagering condition applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw from the bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw the bonus without meeting the wagering conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each member will receive each bonus only once.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 1xbeet reserves the right to change the terms of bonus offers.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• 1xbeet reserves the right to discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

• The bet amount cannot be changed once it has been confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• In the case of live betting, the displayed odds may change in real time.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a technical error is detected in a game result, that round may be declared void.

Incorrect Odds or Payouts

1xbeet reserves the right to void the relevant bet or winnings if an attempt is made to take advantage of clearly incorrect odds or payouts. If such an error comes to our attention, we will correct it as soon as possible.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbeet platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence to conduct betting or gaming.
• Unauthorized interference with or attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Using fraudulent identity documents or providing false information.
• Attempting to manipulate game results in collusion with other members.
• Betting using funds belonging to a third party.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Suspension and Closure

Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. If all bonus wagering conditions have not been met before the account is closed, those bonuses will be cancelled. However, any legitimately earned balance may be withdrawn.
